Over the past few months if you visited the Fresh Start Clinic, you may have been asked to complete a survey for us.

This survey gave our clients and visitors an opportunity to give us feedback and about their experiences, and gave us the opportunity to listen, reflect and grow.

We have now received the results of the survey and have had a chance to reflect on what you liked about our service and the areas where we can improve to provide a better experience for our patients.
